I get ya, i’ve had that too, a lot! ..but not so much anymore.

Ultimately this ‘thing’ lingers around and throws us around and about on an emotional merry-go-round because either we:

1 – don’t understand it
2 – can’t figure out a solution
3 – don’t know how to feel about it “is it a bad thing or is it actually a good thing??”
4 – worry about the outcome
5 – feel out of control

Or bonus option 6 – a combination of 2 or more (extra shitty)

These things are all derivitives of fear.

Fear of the unknown
Fear of getting hurt
Fear of messing up
Fear of loss
Fear of ………

The only way we can really kick fear’s butt and stop it from ruling our lives and our emotions is to face it head on :facepunch:

This means evaluating what the BIGGEST fear is within this situation.

Forget, for now, about all the little ones and concentrate on figuring out what it is at the core that really bothers and upsets you.

Once you figure it out, you might cry or at least feel….

cry or at least feel overwhelmed, stressed and a bit desperate or panicked.

It hurts to confront your own true fears, like it cuts DEEP

But.

After you’ve figured that out, connect with it, feel it, like accept that that fear could really happen…. and then….

LET IT GO

Yep, let that shit go!

Take it from someone who knows :flushed:, that fear has power over you which will have you acting and feeling like a crazy person!

But when you let it go

It looses its power, because you have accepted that that fear could come true BUT you have CHOSEN to be ok with that..

YES you are going to CHOOSE to be ok with it and you’re going to believe it.

Let out a long deep sigh and have a mini conversation with yourself:

“That could happen, but i’ll be ok”

BELIEVE IT, YOU WILL BE OK!

“If it comes to that, i will still be alright”

YES, YOU WILL BE ALRIGHT!

“If that happens, i will deal with it and i will be fine”

YOU CAN DEAL WITH IT!

“I am stronger than my fears”

YOU ARE STRONGER THAN YOUR FEARS!

“I have survived my past, my future will one day also be my past and i will survive and succeed in that too”

YOU ARE STRONG AND YOU WILL SURVIVE AND SUCCEED!

If we surpress fear it still exists….

If we mask fear it still exists….

Doing these things are damaging and they also cause us to act, behave, speak etc in a way that gravitate us towards the negative outcome that we fear..

WHEN WE FEEL FEAR WE ATTRACT OUR FEAR AND FAIL

WHEN WE ARE FEARLESS WE ATTRACT OUR HAPPINESS AND SUCCEED

Face your fear, head on and strip it’s power.

The process will hurt a little BUT you WILL feel and be better for it :v::heart:
